Two 'easy first' things to try:

Thinned proseal sealant in a syringe with the tip of the syringe cut
off and a small O ring between the nose and the skin over the rivet. Use
the syringe to force the proseal into any gaps around the rivet. Allow
to cure.
Another possibility is the technique developed (IIRC) for Mooneys.
There's a certified wicking sealant that is supposed to wick into any
gaps and cure. Rumor has it that the sealant is actually Loctite thread
sealant. I honestly don't know whether it's supposed to be the 290 or
the 08931; hopefully it's the former, due to price. It *should* wick
into the gaps, but it would be possible to help it along with the same
syringe trick mentioned above.
In either case, the paint on/around the rivet should be removed, and it
obviously shouldn't take much; don't force a teaspoon of stuff into the
tank. 
Earlier versions of the proseal trick were done by pulling a slight
vacuum on the tank with a blob of proseal over the rivet, but that has
some hazards for the overall health of the tank. The syringe is
localized to just the problem rivet, and doesn't affect the rest of the
tank.
Either of the above obviously should be done without any fuel contacting
the problem area.

You can drain the tank. Then have someone apply a vacuum hose to the filler port while you use a q-tip to put a little acetone on the leaking spot to clean it. Then use green Loctight on the leaky spot while applying vacuum. Pull the vacuum off while there is still green Loctight on the surface and just wipe it up. The vacuum should have carried it into the leaky spot where it will harden.
I built my own tanks because quick build tanks often have problems with small leaks. Besides buttering up the ribs with proseal quite well, I stirred every every rivet in proseal before inserting it. I also encapsulated the shop ends in proseal before installing the aft baffle. They were built 7 years ago and there is no sign of any leaks.
