Does anyone know of a source for "clamp-on" coax (or other wiring for that matter) clamps? These clamp to the fuselage bulkheads rather than mounting with screw holes. The two "wings" clip together to hold the cable. The airplane in this case is a 1966 Alon Aircoupe. Thanks John (I hope the attachments work)

It looks like the insulation has deteriorated, but the metal is still in good
condition. Can you replace the insulation with something, perhaps a piece of
plastic tubing or a hard plastic bushing? Of course the plastic would have to be
split to get it around the wires. Maybe add a dab of E6000 to hold everything together.

I think the originals were made of leather. And yes, you could probably replace that piece with something more modern.

Or, could you adapt something like these, adding your own securing device for the wire?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/335627821505?

Lots of similar hardware designed for securing solar wiring to framework.

Ron
