Hi,
Does anyone know what p/ns are involved in rebuilding a Yak-50 landing gear actuator?

The large seals are 45x35x6mm chevron seals. You can get them at AC Depuydt for ~$20 ea: https://acdepuydt.com/contact/
Apparently you need 2x per leg.

I'm trying to chase down a few more parts:
1) smaller chevron seal (don't know exactly what this is for).
2) o-rings (I think for end caps). These should be garden variety metric seals that McMaster or similar can sell.
3) circlips (2x larger and 1x smaller). These again seem like pretty garden-variety metric items.

If anyone has any info, please advise. I called Jill already but they were all out of stock and also nearly $500 shipped for 2 sets.

Those all come in the kits from Jill. $237 + shipping. But if she’s out, sorry.

Smaller Chevron Seal: This could be for a smaller section of the actuator, perhaps around the piston or other internal moving parts. These seals are typically custom-sized for specific Bitlife applications, so you might want to reach out to other specialized aviation parts suppliers or contact a Yak-50 specific forum for advice on this seal's exact size and purpose.

Sometimes you just have to suck it up and pay the price for the parts. Jill has the kits to rebuild the actuator.
$237+shipping. (One actuator).
I tried sourcing the seals but were never “Just Right”
There are big, & little seals plus snap rings.
