Kolbers,
It has been cold, windy and wet for several weeks. Today the sun was out
and so I took a spin around the local area. The harvest is late this year
due to a wet spring. Every where I looked there was a combine in the field
harvesting beans or corn.
Flew at 1,000 feet agl through a sea of spider webs. When I got back
on the ground the FireFly was covered by spider silk. With the sun going
down one can see the sun light making the spider silk glow like frost on the
top of the grass.
Did not stay up very long as I was not dressed for 40 degrees F. But it was
great. Tomorrow it is supposed to be colder and rain or sleet or snow.
