Skystar said that the Crosswind component for the Kitfox is 1/2 the stall
speed of the individual plane. I'd only attempt that if I was experienced at
crosswind tail wheel landings.

I would agree my first 50 hours.... no way...now I have over 300 and feel
pretty comfortable in a strong crosswind. One of the limitations is the
rudder authority, the Kitfox has a very powerfull rudder, that, combined with
proper technique, you really handle a strong crosswind.
