I saw somewhere that someone had a picture to download for fuel gauges. You could print it and stick it behind the sight gauges to show the fuel remaining. Anyone know where I could find it again?

Has some. I thought there were others that were color and more attractive
and had both ground and flight levels. Maybe someone else will come forward
with another source.

John McBean has them . Skystar had them on a PDF file you could print
yourself. I did to save them as I had a computed crash a while back, but
the color ones have a pattern that changes when seen through the full
fuel tube so it is easy to see the level.
