I'm trying to find a few places in the mid Michigan area that are worthy of flying to for breakfast, lunch, etc. Preferably airports that have a cafe/restaurant within a half mile or so of the airport. Anybody have any input?
Thanks,

Deke,

Try Mecosta Morton (27C) and Clare Co. Harrison (???). Both have modest but decent restaurants just beyond the fence.

Dalton has a place called Gabby's on the field.
Houghton lake (DNR) by the state police post has a nice restaurant within walking distance, on the water.
Owoso has a hotel and strip bar you can taxi up to, nice for a over night.

We used to fly into Frankenmuth. If you call the Bavarian Inn or Zendners(spelling) they will pick you up and take you back when you are ready to return.
